MOTHER'S DAY SPECIAL AT BAY LEAF CAFE! Hey everyone just wanted to let you know I spoke with the owner of Bay Leaf last night and he asked me to let you know that any family that comes to eat at his restaurant this Sunday  MOM'S MEAL IS FREE (offer valid for 1 mom per party).  His food is sooo good and his latte's in my opinion are the best.  Try it and leave me some feed back

CEDARCREST & COBB PARKWAY UPDATE

EXCITING NEWS!! Just spoke with the owner of the property located at Cedercrest & 41, he informed me that they are beginning Phase I of an amazing shopping center.  He described it as a "glorified Avenues".  They will have restaurants, a movie theater and great shopping (as per the sign that's been up for several years).  Very exciting news isn't it!  I will keep you updated as I hear more of the specifics.  If anyone has any contacts of large box businesses that they think would be a fit please, by all means send them my way.

HARMONY GROVE CHURCH ROAD PROJECT

Are wondering what they are doing on the land next to the small white church on Harmony Grove Church Road... They are building an electrical sub station. Not very exciting I know :)

NEW WELLSTAR HOSPITAL

How exciting it is to drive my Bill Carruth and Hwy 278 and see the ground breaking for the new hospital.  The new hospital will be the first Pebble Project for WellStar and will bring visitors from all around to see the new facility. 

The Pebble Project® is a research, learning, and benchmark initiative of The Center for Health Design. The purpose of the work is to create a ripple effect in the healthcare community and increase the body of knowledge that ripples through the healthcare community, motivating other organizations and inspiring change.

NORTH PAULDING HAPPENINGS

Hello neighbors, I'm starting this blog to keep residents updated with the happenings in the north quadrant of Paulding County Georgia. I'm sure most of you are wondering what is being built next to Wendy's at the crossroads... guess no more. Waffle House is in the process of being built at that location. You may or may not be excited about this however any time we have a new business coming in to our county it is good news. The more businesses that operate in our county the more taxes collected thus reducing the need to raise our property taxes and that"s always good!
