NORTH PAULDING HAPPENINGS

Hello neighbors, I'm starting this blog to keep residents updated with the happenings in the north quadrant of Paulding County Georgia. I'm sure most of you are wondering what is being built next to Wendy's at the crossroads... guess no more. Waffle House is in the process of being built at that location. You may or may not be excited about this however any time we have a new business coming in to our county it is good news. The more businesses that operate in our county the more taxes collected thus reducing the need to raise our property taxes and that"s always good!

    Do you know what's going in next to the Wendy's on Dallas/Acworth hwy and cedar crest?

    Any news on why they are clearing trees on Cedarcrest across from Harmony Grove?

    Yes, I spoke with the owner of the property and he is selling the timber on the land.

    Debra, so sad to see Hopewell go out of business. My kids went there and they had so many memories. We are still really good friends with the parents who were a part of that school. Made me want to cry!
